Frankfurt on Foot Private WalkingTours

If you would like to have a special, private tour that is personalized just for you or your groups’ interests, then you have come to the right place. It can be wonderful to have a friendly contact in a strange city, so allow us to be that contact for you – especially if you are traveling to Germany or Europe for the first time. We can meet you at a central location in the city, your hotel or at the main train station. Starting your walking tour from there means you don’t have to worry about trying to find your way around the city or how to use the train system. We also offer a free Zoom consultation to help you plan your tour.

Our private tour prices for groups of 1-5 persons are 80 euro per hour.

Groups of 6-10 people are 90 euro per hour.

Groups of 11-15 are 100 euro per hour.

Groups of 16-20 are 110 euro per hour.

Larger groups, more than 20, will need to book 2 guides so that we can offer a quality tour.

If we meet you at a location that includes the travel time for the guide, this will add on additional costs depending on how long it takes the guide to get to your location. These are total prices and not per person prices.

We will take you to the things that you want to see, spend as much time there as you would like, we will research any special themes for you, and there is never any time pressure. When you let us know what your interests are, we will work with you to plan your very own, special tour. Because it is “YOUR” tour, we can always be flexible and change the day to suit you at a moment’s notice. This is the best way to go sightseeing in Frankfurt! Our tour guides are native English speakers and can lead you to the secret gems and unusual spots of Frankfurt that aren’t in the guidebooks.

If you would like a private tour to Frankfurt Höchst, Büdingen, Eltville & Eberbach Monastery, Limburg, Worms, Seligenstadt, Mainz, Bad Homburg, Idstein, to the Saalburg Roman Fort or to Hessen Park Open Air Museum, we will be happy to arrange one for you.

We offer themed tours to match your special interests, so write to us and let us know how we can best make your time in the Rhine-Main region enjoyable and memorable.

We can also plan special tours for those wishing to visit the many historic Jewish sites in Frankfurt.

Those who are blind or visually impaired may enjoy our special exploration tour that will allow you to discover Frankfurt with an experienced guide.

  3. Yes, we often stop for coffee or hot chocolate when it is cold, and in the summer we stop for drinks too. We leave this up to the person making the tour or the tour group consensus. \”Comfort breaks\” are of course made whenever they are needed.Jo

  6. Do you have availability on tours going out on March 24th? I would be interested in a layover tour. Please let me know what sites you usually visit, prices, and information about travel time to/from airport. Thank you!
